General hotel terms

All prices per person include:

• Gourmet half-board (breakfast buffet, menu with selection)
• Use of the wellness area
• Use of the fitness room

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in from 3.00 pm
Check-out until 11.00 am

SURCHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
Single room supplement/night: € 25,-
Single night supplement/person: 13 %
weekend- and holiday: € 16,- person/night (except during the Christmas and summer holidays)
New Year’s Eve supplement: € 70,-/adult, € 30,-/child
Room with breakfast: € 10,- per night
There is a charge of € 10,- for any hotel breakfast/dinner bookings which are cancelled until 12.00 am.

MINIMUM STAY
4 nights in the christmas holidays

CHILDREN
In the parents’ room, with two full-paying adults:
0-3 years € 10,- / 4-9 years € 25,- / 10-15 years € 50,-

COLLECTION SERVICE
We are more than happy to arrange a collection from Linz Train Station,
Hörsching Airport or Passau Train Station.
€ 130,-/journey (up to 6 persons)

PETS
Small dogs only by request! The hotel reserves the right to charge for any final cleaning which may be required should a dog be kept in the hotel room.
Please bring your own dog blanket and basket with you. We would also like to point out that our four-legged friends are not permitted to enter the restaurant, the wellness area or the gardens. Pet/night without food: € 15,-

LOCAL TAXES
€ 2,- /adult per night

PAYMENT
We accept cash, EC cards (Germany, Austria and the Netherlands), MasterCard, Visa and mPay 24 (immediate transfer).

In the case of cancellations made at short notice, the Austrian Hotel Regulations shall apply. We recommend that our guests take out a hotel cancellation insurance policy with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG. The relevant documents will be sent to you together with your booking information.

• 7 nights in the christmas holidays

0-3 years free / 4-9 years € 45,- / 10-15 years € 80,-

CANCELLATION
Until 1 month before arrival: 40 % of the total price
Until 1 week before arrival: 70 % of the total price
In the last week before arrival: 90 % of the total price
On the day of arrival: 100 % of the total price
